State Leadership Summit Registration Information
October 26 and 27, 2026 East Lansing, Michigan
Monday, October 26 activities will take place at the Marriott East Lansing at University Place.
Tuesday, October 27 activities will take place at MSU Broad College of Business.
Due to limited space, each chapter is limited to 12 students on Monday, and a maximum of 36 on Tuesday. If you wish to register additional students for Tuesday, email Ann and she will let you know on October 7 if we can allow additional participants.
The conference has reached capacity, so registration has closed.

HOTEL
Two-day attendees are required to stay at the Marriott East Lansing, and be booked through the Conference Registration Portal. Hotel payment is sent directly to the hotel by October 20.
OPTIONAL ITEMS
Optional MSU campus tours are held on Monday afternoon for chapters attending both days of the conference. Neat casual attire is acceptable. Tours will be held rain or shine, so be sure to check that day’s weather and dress appropriately. An advisor must attend for every eight student members.
For two-day attendees, chapters that have been dropped off at the hotel, Michigan DECA will arrange for a shuttle bus to the MSU campus on Tuesday morning where that day’s activities will be held. Shuttle bus must be reserved in the conference registration portal.
REGISTRATION
The two-day registration fee includes dinner Monday at the Marriott East Lansing at University
Place, continental breakfast on Tuesday, lunch on Tuesday, participation in all sessions and
workshops, and conference registration materials.
The one-day registration fee includes continental breakfast on Tuesday, lunch on Tuesday,
participation in all sessions and workshops, and conference registration materials.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Refunds are not available after October 5. Substitutions are allowed through October 26 on the Change and Cancellation Form.
