Chapter Leader’s Virtual Conference

July 7 & 8, 2020

We are excited to announce a virtual conference for next year’s chapter leaders. The conference is being planned in conjunction with Focus Training for July 7 & 8, 2020. The conference will be a great way for your chapter leaders to begin their excitement for the 2020-2021 year, develop their leadership skills and set goals for next year. It is designed for each person to participate from their home. It will be formatted for large group activities along with small team projects.

Leading through ambiguity is challenging. But if there was a time when leadership was needed by DECA advisors and officers, this is it. When there are more questions than answers people look to leaders to provide a sense of stability and direction. How can we do that? 

Register your chapter officers to participate in the Chapter Leader’s Virtual Conference, where they will have the opportunity to come up with creative ideas to tackle the challenges of the 2020-21 school year. They will set goals to help maintain the chapter and continue to provide value to your members. This two day virtual program will give advisors and officers the opportunity to learn, discuss, share best practices with other chapters from across the state, and more.  (We recommend for Advisors to also attend, but it is not a requirement for this virtual conference.)
Registration is $400.00 per chapter for 2 to 4 leaders, and an additional $50.00 for each additional leader after the first 4, with a maximum of 10 per chapter. There is no charge for the advisor when students are registered.
